Your approved workspace

The same email login works for filmmakers, buyers and administrators. Staff approval determines which catalog, agreements, reports and tools you can access.

Use the email address registered with Avail or Candy Box for your film reports. Every additional person needs an individual login and staff approval for the relevant catalog.

Existing workspace accounts remain available. New email accounts require staff approval before accessing private reports.

Follow the Avail Films + Candy Box walkthrough: add your title, disclose rights and release history, choose delivery requirements, upload files, and follow QC and approval.

Quick steps: My titles → New title → complete story, rights and release history → Save title draft → Deliveries & QC → choose your title and delivery slot → upload the matching file → resolve corrections → submit for review.

Private to your approved catalog

Filmmakers and approved readers can access only their assigned accounts. Creating a viewer login does not unlock financial reports. Candy Box staff retain their authorized company-wide access.
